Is It Even Possible to Bring Peace to Our Communities?

Are you tired of watching our communities crumble?
Have you had enough of waiting for "someone else" to improve our situation?
What if YOU are the miracle we're waiting for?
Yes, people just like you may very well BE the miracle we're waiting for! In my experience, it's people who are closest to the problems who have the best ideas for solving them.
Believe it or not, it can be accomplished through the same type of process I was taught in Corporate America decades ago.
Team problem-solving processes are some of the most effective ways to engage people who are closest to the problem to find new solutions while making a huge difference in their own lives and the lives of those around them.
When we get to the core of who we are, isn't that what we all really want - to feel like we're making a difference?
Are YOU ready to lead the peace-making efforts in your business, your neighborhood or your state?
If we haven't yet met, my name is Sheyenne Kreamer and I'll never forget the first time I experienced the effect that team-based problem-solving could have in a community.
This community happened to be a manufacturing plant, and the employees were ANGRY at their management team because a new pay structure had been announced where people could increase their pay rate by becoming certified to work in different departments.
The problem?
This was announced before anyone had addressed how to create the certification processes for the different departments! The carrot had been dangled, but there was no path in place to reach it!
And so began a 6 month process of organizing people, gaining the trust of people and engaging them in a team problem-solving process where some of the rowdiest and loudest complainers in each department became engaged in creating their own certification programs.
The results?
They were astounding! Managers were shocked at the newly formed peace and cooperation they found in their departments.
The employees were proud of the training programs they had created - and their co-workers were excited to be able to start to learn new skills - and ultimately increase their paychecks!
If peace can be created in an angry mob of employees, it can happen anywhere! The only question is . . . are YOU ready to be part of the solution? Here's what you will learn in our Connect, Collaborate & Create Community Facilitator Training:
